Can I book a couple's massage online?

Unfortunately our online scheduling system does not have the capability to reserve two therapists and the couple's room. Please call 515-309-2904 to book or add your name to the waitlist for couple's massages! When booking through the website for a group of two, these will NOT be booked in a couple's room. The last thing we want is to surprise co-workers or a brother-sister with a couples massage!

Can I request a specific therapist or specific gender therapist?

Yes, you can choose "any therapist," male, female, or a specific provider's name. For example, If you are only wanting to see a female massage therapist or a male massage therapist, select that category from our online booking, and you'll only see openings with folks of that gender. Once you click, you can select "Any Therapist" in that category.


If you have a specific therapist you want to see, please select "All Qualified LMTs" and select their name from that drop down menu.

Why don't I see any openings?

Our online scheduler IS current. If you don't see an opening, that's because we don't have the space for your requested service or provider. You can try searching for  a shorter service or a different provider. Call to get added to our priority wait list or better yet, check the app in the mornings around 9:30-10 am, as we get cancellations nearly every day before we can call the wait list!

Can I cancel or change my booking?

You can cancel or change your appointment online up to 7 hours prior to your service. If you make a change within our cancellation window for your specific service, it may be subject to a charge. If you have an emergency the morning of a service and are outside of the time that our online system allows you to make your own change, please TEXT a reply to your confirmation as we do check those hours before we're able to check voicemail.

Does booking online mean I prepaid?

No, your credit card or gift card just holds your spot for our cancellation policy. We do not charge your card until your service is complete in case you and your provider make any adjustments to the treatment. You can pay with cash, a different card or gift card and  add gratuity or products when you check out. If you are booking for someone else, please indicate in the notes if we may use your card for payment.

I saw an opening, why was it gone when I checked again?

If you started actually booking the appointment, it might be holding the spot for 5 minutes to prevent double booking (think of buying reserve seat concert tickets online.) If you didn't start the booking and the spot is gone, someone else or our front desk team may have booked it first.  If it is less than 45 minutes from the appointment time, you'll need to call to book.
