We're open by appointment only, however we can occasionally accommodate a walk-in or last minute call so don't hesitate to try!

We're closed Labor and Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day. We close at 1:30 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

From I-235, take the East 6th and Penn Exit and go south on East 6th. Our FREE parking lot is off of East 6th just behind our building. Take the back door and stairs or elevator to the 2nd floor.
Our spa is above Capital Chiropractic and next door to Iowa State Bank and across the street from the State Historic Building.
