Parking

We are on the 3rd (top) floor of 300 East Locust Street in a quiet building with a stunning downtown view for you to enjoy! Elevators are accessible from the North (back parking lot) or South (Locust) doors. No elevator access at the West (East 2nd) door.

Meters are very close to the Locust door and on East 2nd. Use the Park DSM app or any nearby kiosk if you prefer to pay with coin or card.  

East 2nd Ramp is next door, $1/hour. 

We have 4 FREE spots that say "visitor" in the lot north of the building behind (access from East 2nd) if you're early enough to try your luck. If they are full, the ramp or meters are close. Don't park in a numbered spot M-F before 6, the owners of those spots will tow cars, we're not responsible cars towed from numbered spaces M-F before 6.

After 6pm and Saturdays EVERY spot in our back parking lot is open for our guests, even the numbered spots, we promise! Use "doorbell" button outside doors for evening and weekend access.
