All of our massage therapists are licensed, skilled, ethical, and are continually growing their knowledge to best serve their guests. Focused pain relief! Your therapist will blend deep tissue, sports and orthopedic massage techniques to help ease tension and keep you moving. This massage is uniquely tailored to your needs every time. It can be firm pressure, but not all orthopedic massage techniques call for a super heavy pressure so don’t be afraid to book this if you’re in pain! This is typically not full body at the 60 minute option but depending on what you wish to focus on might be at the 80 minute option. If what you’re seeking is a relaxing full-body massage, please book the EV Signature massage instead. 60 or 80 minutes, upgrades available

This is an enhanced version of the 80-minute Targeted Therapy Massage that we recommend when EVERYTHING hurts and you want to throw all the tools we've got at our disposal at your aches and pains. The main difference between this and our standard Targeted massage is that this includes incorporating LED Red Light Therapy with the LightStim light approved for treating minor to moderate aches and pains and inflammation. Your therapist will use the light on sore spots while they are massaging elsewhere. They will also use massage products designed to reduce inflammation. Your therapist may discuss adding additional tools, heat or cold in the session depending on your unique needs and the cause of your aches and pains. This will be a completely customized session each time. 

Ultimate relaxation! Warm stones are used to provide a massage with benefits that soothe deep into the tissue for greater circulation, deeper relaxation, and pain relief. Not suitable for pregnant guests or people who want a heavy pressure.

Your pregnancy-massage trained therapist treats your aches and pains in the safe, comfortable side-lying position. This service uses our Farmhouse Fresh Organic Blushing Agave massage oil that will nurture your skin, a cream designed to help with leg and foot pain and cramps, and a few warm stones for the areas of most tension. Let your therapist know if you prefer us to skip the heat or any of the scents.  

60 min

 Want to try a type of massage where you feel like yoga is being done to you?  This is a fully-clothed service and your therapist will apply compressions and use assisted stretching on a floor mat to help loosen tight muscles, increase flexibility, and reduce pain. 60 min/Please wear loose fitting clothing or yoga type clothes for ease of movement.

Love the idea of our TLC Face, Neck, and scalp massage but still want a relaxing full body massage? This service is a dream! If you love a nice neck massage, tingly scalp massage techniques, a relaxing facial massage to ease tension from screen-time eye strain and clenching your jaw, this is perfect.   80 min

Note: This will not leave your hair or face oily, but we recommend coming bare-faced or with minimal make-up. We will use a hot, wet towel on your face, but this is a service performed by a Licensed Massage Therapist, this is not a facial and we can’t cleanse the skin. 

If you love firm pressure, compression, and slow massage strokes, this is the perfect service for you.  Your therapist will use their feet to perform a deep tissue massage while using overhead bars for balance. Some people mistakenly think this is "back walking," but this is a form of massage, with the ability to use such a great flow that you'll forget your therapist is using their feet. This is not a great service for people who prefer light to medium pressure. (Please note, availability is very limited)

If you're in a time crunch, select one of these 30 minute treatments designed to ease tension in one of the most common focus areas requested. To enhance the benefits in a short time, your therapist can incorporate products that heat or cool as appropriate for your needs on a given day. Please note, if you're seeking pain relief, your massage therapist will be working muscles beyond the immediate pain or tension to best help you. 

• 30 minute foot massage focus: This is customized and can be for relaxation or relief of pain from issues like plantar fasciitis, using reflexology or deep tissue for the foot, ankle, and other muscles contributing to foot pain.
• 30 minute tension headache relief focus:  Whether you have a headache or trying to prevent one, this service is right for you! This is also great right before a chiropractic adjustment to loosen your muscles for easier adjusting.  Your therapist will use a variety of techniques based on the cause of your headache or tension. This service might  include work on one or more of the following: back, shoulders, neck, face, or scalp based on your consultation.
• 30 minute back pain focus: Whether you are a ball of stress and need some general relaxation, or you want focused work for low back or upper back and shoulders this is great for people in a time crunch. Your therapist may massage muscles beyond the back in order to target the source of pain, depending on your needs. The products and techniques will vary based on your needs that visit.  
• 30 minute face, neck, and scalp massage: 30 minutes of blissful neck, scalp, and facial massage. If you love a nice neck massage, tingly scalp massage techniques, a relaxing facial massage to ease tension from screen-time eye strain and clenching your jaw, this is perfect. This is done entirely face-up. Note: This will not leave your hair oily, but we recommend coming bare-faced or with minimal make-up. If you are considering booking more than one 30 minute focus area back-to back, booking a 60 or 80 minute targeted therapy massage is a much more economical option. Your therapist can customize that session however you need.

Relax side-by-side with a loved one or friend in our couple's suite! We can accommodate EV Signature, Targeted, and Pregnancy massages in the couple's suite. Please call  515-309-2904 to book as our couple's suite is not available online. All online bookings will be provided in separate rooms.

*NOTE: If you are under a dermatologist's care or using certain active skincare ingredients, we may need to modify your service. Most of our facials are not recommended for pregnant or nursing people, but we offer a great Pregnancy Glow facial. See notes in service descriptions for contraindications. Please wait at least 1 week after facial injections before scheduling a facial. For corrective and Hydrafacial services, please stop using retinols and glycolic acids 72 hours before your service and avoid tanning or facial waxing for at least 48 hours before and after your service. Be sure to update your esthetician on any new medications, including over the counter blood-thinning medications like baby aspirin.

Hydrafacial is ideal if you're looking for enhanced corrective results to address concerns such as acne, dark spots, fine lines, or skin elasticity. These are not approved for pregnant or breastfeeding guests. 

• Classic Hydrafacial:  Quick, effective and will leave your skin deeply cleansed and exfoliated with Hydrafacial technology and super serums filled with antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid to resurface, extract, and hydrate your skin.  25 minutes

Recommended upgrade: Add a Hydrafacial Power Serum and LED for faster results for $40 for results nearly the same as the Deluxe service for a lower cost and less time.

• Deluxe Hydrafacial: In addition to the treatments included in the Classic Hydrafacial, this service includes extra extractions for those who need it OR a corrective booster selected by your esthetician. LED light therapy will address concerns like excessive oiliness, acne, or redness. Your esthetician will use light massaging  relaxation massage techniques during your mask to help you look and feel instantly refreshed. Up to 60 min

The best place to start! Whether you are seeking relaxation or focus on specific skin concerns, your service time will include a consultation and time for your esthetician to customize the cleansers, masks, serums, exfoliation, eye an lip products and provide a thorough and relaxing service in a low-lit room, with the possibility of adding finishing products in natural light if needed. Depending on your skin's needs the day of your service and the expert opinion of your esthetician, this service may include extractions, however pores do not always need manual extracting. Up to 60 min, including consultation. Upgrades available.

Our custom corrective facials are designed to be effective for specific skin concerns and include more active and professional strength ingredients including light acids. Your esthetician will work with you on a routine to help you achieve your skin care goals. For desired results, we suggest scheduling three of these facials, two to three weeks apart and using the recommended home care.  If you are under a dermatologist's care or using certain active skincare products like Retin-A or glycolic acids, we may need to modify your service. • Minus 10 Facial (60 min): The Rhonda Allison Minus 10 facial is a hybrid between a facial and a light peel, designed to turn back the clock for skin showing signs of aging. 
• Deluxe Minus 10 Facial (70 min): Includes the Minus 10 facial, PLUS a pro-youth serum and treatment for arms and hands during an LED Red Light treatment to help boost skin's production of collagen and elastin, and allow serums to penetrate deeper.
• Clear Relief Acne Facial (60 min): This facial treatment is ideal for those with inflamed or cystic acne who are looking to get a start on the healing process. Includes exfoliating enzymes, natural herbs and Rhonda Allison's custom Mandelic Complex to reduce bacteria, soften and dissolve cellular buildup, reduce inflammation and lighten pigmentation for healthy-looking, radiant skin.  
• Deluxe Clear Relief Acne Facial (70 min): Includes everything in the shorter version with a bit more time for those who need extra extractions, and time under the LED blue light to help fight bacteria.

These services are not safe for pregnant or breastfeeding guests. If you have very sensitive skin your esthetician may suggest a different service better suited to your needs. Please stop using retinol and glycolic acid products at least 72 hours prior to your corrective facial, and avoid tanning or prolonged sun exposure or facial waxing for 48 hours before and after your corrective facial. An appropriate home care routine is needed for desired results.

This facial safely addresses pregnancy-related skin changes.  The products in this facial offer vital support to the skin. It is important for you to select this option if you are pregnant so we can ensure you're scheduled comfortable treatment table for your needs and that every product we use is appropriate! Can be made vegan upon request. Up to 60 minutes, including consultation time

A quick and refreshing introductory facial to cleanse, moisturize, mask and evaluate skin. This is an ideal hands-on consultation for a new skin care routine  or to help you determine which facials would be best in the future. This facial does not include extractions. 30 min

Pro tip: This can be a very gentle facial, so is the best choice for tween and early teen guests who would benefit from expert advice, especially for those obsessed with tiktok trends that might not be the best for their skin.

East Village Spa is a Dazzle Dry nail salon! Dazzle Dry is the cleanest professional nail lacquer on the market, is certified to be oncology safe, dries to a hard finish in 5 minutes and wears almost as long as a gel polish! Because our focus is the health of your nails, we do not offer nail enhancements such as gels or acrylic (including dip nails, which are acrylic). We are not able to remove enhancements and some kinds of cured gel polish either as we don't want to cause damage to your nails. We're not the best choice for nail parties as we only have two manicure stations and two pedicure stations.

Choose from Dazzle Dry, the cleanest professional nail lacquer available, with a 5 minute hard dry time and gentle removal at home or opt for CND Shellac. This service includes products customized by your nail technician based on your personal needs and preferences.

"Top Shelf" Upgraded Spa Pedicure with Dazzle Dry Polish:  Up to 65 minutes

Best for people who want more than an hour for either extra time on nail and cuticle care, or more foot massage with hot stones. This includes upgraded products that are full of anti-inflammatory, pain relieving, and heel softening benefits. You can choose from either CBD products or a luxurious foot cream to pair with a hot stone foot and lower leg massage for an indulgent and results-driven pedicure. This version includes the Dazzle Dry natural nail polish, that is long wearing and will be dry before you leave the nail room!

*Our commitment to being a "natural nail salon" means our removal process is a bit limited. We strongly suggest you have your gel polish removed where it was applied, we can do our best to try to remove it, however we do not use drills or e-files so we cannot guarantee removal of some brands, and we can't remove hard gels as these require an e-file. Because of our commitment to be free of acrylic polish products due to guest and provider sensitivities, we are unable to remove dip/acrylic nails. 

Our licensed estheticians use high quality stripless (hard) and strip (soft) wax that are designed for more sensitive skin . Hair must be at least 1/4 inch to wax. We cannot wax anyone who has used Acutane in the last year as it can cause skin to tear. If you use certain products like retinols or glycolic acid, or have received advanced skin treatments like Hydrafacials or peels, please wait at least a week before booking a wax.

Brazilian: 

Includes removal of all of the hair in the bikini area and the back side. You may chose to leave a small amount behind if you prefer. Our employees currently are only trained in doing Brazilian waxing of labia/vulva anatomy. Learn more here.

Your esthetician will do a make-up color match and light touch-up with Jane Iredale products that contain Hyaluronic acid for plumping fine lines and wrinkles and hydrating skin. They they'll add an SPF powder finish and hyaluronic lip gloss in a sheer or color shade that's perfect for you. If you're curious about additional products for the brow or lash, just let them know! This is not a full face of make-up or a tutorial, it just sends you out the door with a trendy fresh-faced, yet finished look! $15 This can be added to any facial and extends the time by 15 minutes. If you purchase $50 in Jane Iredale product, the cost of the upgrade is waived!

Enjoy a natural make-up look with Jane Iredale cosmetics! This service includes a consultation and color matching, a tutorial if you'd like, and a polished look that will have you ready for school, the office, or a casual evening out. Please note, this is not a special event or photography look, but an everyday look for people who'd like expert help choosing the right Jane Iredale products for their skin tone and lifestyle. Up to 30 minutes
