A: Gift cards can be used on services, gratuity, or products. At this time, our online store is not compatible with our gift cards, but if you fill a cart online and call us, we can run the order over the phone with a gift card!
A: No, gift cards are only for a monetary amount.
A: Yes. Our gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.
A: Sometimes. Our new system is different from the old one in that it is more difficult to find a gift card. There is no way for us to keep a balance under your name. For those reasons we strongly encourage guests to keep ahold of their physical gift cards or keep a screenshot of their digital gift cards. However, we can look up gift cards if you know the gift card code OR the purchaser’s name, the date it was purchased, AND the value.
A: Our software program is changing on July 28, 2025, and we will not be able to resend gift cards purchased prior to that date.
A: We cannot refund gift cards. You can always re-gift or transfer it to someone who could use some relaxation, use the gift card toward retail purchases, donate it to your favorite non-profit (we give thousands of dollars in service vouchers to non-profit auctions each year...they are a top fundraising request!)
A: Unfortunately our online system does not have this capability. What you can do is have the gift card sent to your own email instead of the intended recipient (still use “send to someone else”) and forward it to their email on the date you prefer, or have the gift card sent to your own email, print it out, and give it to them when you’d like.
A: Call us! We are able to send a purchased gift card to any email.
A: Yes! To get a physical gift card mailed, you can call us at 515-309-2904 and choose the gift card option from the menu. Please have a credit or debit card ready for payment. We will send the gift cards via USPS and cannot guarantee when they will arrive, especially during the holidays!
A: No, holiday and donation vouchers are treated like a coupon and need to be physically present for us to redeem.
A: No. Our annual holiday gift card sale is a popular event, but because we have a different purchasing system for in-spa gift cards, we cannot include vouchers with e-gift cards. These are something that requires you to visit us at the spa to purchase during the sale window. We recommend you stop in early as wait times can be long closer to the holidays.
This holiday season, we are running our gift card special for mailed gift cards as well. However, if you want your mailed gift card to include the vouchers, you must order them before Thursday, December 20th, 2025.
