Right now, our online booking doesn't mesh with gift cards, so please enter your credit card just to hold the spot - you can pay with a different form of payment at your appointment. You can enter your gift card number in the booking notes. Some form of payment is required on file for our cancellation policy, but it is not automatically charged and nothing is charged to hold the spot. If you don't want to enter your credit card, please call to schedule over the phone.
We sell gift cards only for dollar amounts. You can choose any amount, this gives the recipient the freedom to select the services that best work for their preferences and schedule. They can also apply their gift card towards gratuities and products, and won't have to worry if our service menu changes or there is an exciting new treatment they want to try.
We sell plastic gift cards on nice holder inside the spa during regular business hours. If you prefer the convenience of an electronic gift card, you can purchase one 24/7 through our website to be e-mailed to yourself or the recipient.
To e-mail your gift card, visit the "Book/Buy Gift Card Now" tab and select "Gift card" from the options.
Gift cards come from firstname.lastname@example.org so the first step is to have the recipient check spam or search for that e-mail address. Some e-mail systems (typically government or higher security work e-mails) may filter or hold our gift card e-mails as a security measure. We cannot override this.
If this doesn't work, verify that you sent the E-mail to the correct address or the one they check most often. If you typo'd their e-mail or sent it to the wrong address, you can re-send it to the WRONG address and copy your own or their correct address on the gift card to re-send it.
When you buy a e-gift card online and create an account, you can log back in to see the gift card number or reference your receipt. You'll need the gift card number, the ORIGINAL e-mail address and you may then also choose another e-mail address to copy the gift card to.
No,you just clicked the "Book/Buy Gift Card Now" button and are in the booking section. You just need to select the "Gift Cards" option. On a mobile device, click the menu button on the top which will just look like 3 stacked lines. Then you'll get the gift card option.
Gift cards are good for 5 years, but in our "In-store" gift cards, we have a note asking the recipient to please use within a year. This is just to nudge them in sooner to enjoy your thoughtful gift!
Gift cards can be used for services, retail items, and gratuities. At this time, our online store is not compatible with our gift cards, but if you fill a cart online and call us, we can run the order over the phone with a gift card!
We cannot refund gift cards. If you are waiting until either the Covid19 pandemic is over or you'd rather not adhere to our safety precautions, feel free to hang on to your gift card as they are good for 5 years and we will all need relaxation.
You can always re-gift or transfer it to someone who could use some relaxation, use the gift card toward retail purchases, donate it to your favorite non-profit (we give thousands of dollars in service vouchers to non-profit auctions each year...they are a top fundraising request!)
If you lost a gift card purchased inside the spa and the purchaser gave us your name, we can find it 99% of the time (the only challenge is if we didn't get your full name or your name is different from what they gave us.)
If you received an online gift certificate, we can find it if the purchaser set up an account when they bought it, and if you can get us some additional information like an approximate date of purchase. The purchaser can also look it up if they set up an account. You can search your e-mail for email@example.com as well if you didn't delete it!
No, treat vouchers as cash. We do not have a record of the recipients of these in the system and they must be presented at the time of service for the discounts to apply. Vouchers are not gift cards as they were not purchased, rather given by the spa.
