We strongly recommend you keep your gift cards and either a print-out or screen shot of online gift cards. We can usually look them up, but sometimes there are hiccups and it creates a stressful check-out after a relaxing visit. When we use a gift card number on file without the gift card present, we've experienced people accidentally using a gift card they gifted to someone else. Boy is that awkward when the recipient comes in later on and the giver has already used the gift!
We can't un-send it, but if you know the incorrect e-mail address and the gift card number (check your receipt, the number starts with the year of purchase, so 2022, 2023, etc...) Go to the same page where you bought the gift card, then go to the upper right and look for the "resend gift card" option. you can re-send it to the wrong address (it has to be the original address you sent it to) and send a copy to yourself at the same time.
See the next section for more details.
Use your copy to forward to the recipient, or download it as a PDF to send as an attachment from your own e-mail. This is also a great workaround if someone's e-mail security settings are too high to accept the automatic e-mail from our online gift card
Our software program is changing on July 28, 2025, and we will not be able to resend gift cards purchased prior to that date.
Gift cards are good for 5 years, but in our "In-store" gift cards, we have a note asking the recipient to please use within a year. This is just to nudge them in sooner to enjoy your thoughtful gift!
Gift cards can be used for services, retail items, and gratuities. At this time, our online store is not compatible with our gift cards, but if you fill a cart online and call us, we can run the order over the phone with a gift card!
We cannot refund gift cards. You can always re-gift or transfer it to someone who could use some relaxation, use the gift card toward retail purchases, donate it to your favorite non-profit (we give thousands of dollars in service vouchers to non-profit auctions each year...they are a top fundraising request!)
If you lost a gift card purchased inside the spa and the purchaser gave us your name, we can find it 99% of the time (the only challenge is if we didn't get your full name or your name is different from what they gave us.)
If you received an online gift certificate, we can find it if the purchaser set up an account when they bought it, and if you can get us some additional information like an approximate date of purchase. The purchaser can also look it up if they set up an account. You can search your e-mail for info@evdayspa.com as well if you didn't delete it!
No, treat vouchers as cash. We do not have a record of the recipients of these in the system and they must be presented at the time of service for the discounts to apply. Vouchers are not gift cards as they were not purchased, rather given by the spa.
Please update your online booking links! We have new online booking, gift card, and even retail shopping with a new app coming soon!
