At East Village Spa we recognize that privacy is important. This Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by East Village Spa or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies (collectively, East Village Spa’s “services”). If you have any questions about this Policy, please feel free to contact us through our website. This policy does NOT include information from customer treatment notes or health intake forms. That information is private and confidential unless we have a written request from the customer.

When you sign up for East Village Spa’s (The “Spa”) services or buy retail products or gift cards at www.evdayspa.com (the “Site”), East Village Spa collects and retains certain personal information. East Village Spa receives and stores any information you enter on the Site or give to East Village Spa in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you may not be permitted to take advantage of many of East Village Spa’s services and retail products. East Village Spa uses the information that you provide for such purposes as scheduling appointments and updating your providers with pertinent information, responding to your requests, customizing future services and products for you, improving East Village Spa’s services and products, and communicating with you.

For example, if you schedule yourself or others for East Village Spa’s services or purchase gift cards or retail  products, the Site will collect certain personal information required to make the purchase. If you sign up for East Village Spa’s services The Spa collects all the personal information necessary to provide you with the services scheduled.

If you believe that any inaccurate or inappropriate information has been obtained or disseminated through your use of the Site, please contact East Village Spa immediately.

East Village Spa only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of East Village Spa in the following limited circumstances:

1. East Village Spa has your consent.
