Now Hiring: Licensed Massage Therapist

You have an Iowa Massage Therapy license
You love both relaxation and deep tissue/orthopedic styles of massage
You value continuing your education and working alongside skilled and experienced therapists
You appreciate diversity in both clientele and colleagues
You genuinely enjoy getting to know your clients and how best to assist them
You have excellent time management and reliability. Your co-workers and clients depend on you.
You are able to do 5 hands- on hours a day or 20-25 hand's on hours a week
You can work Saturdays from 10-5

Some flexibility with weekday schedules, though at least 3 out of every 4 Saturdays are required for this opening

Now Hiring: Full-Time Guest Service Associate

You are a master of logic puzzles ( scheduling for 15 treatment rooms and a nail salon, plus many diverse providers who all do different services is very challenging)
You're warm and welcoming, but also tech savvy and can troubleshoot a finicky online programs
You can maintain calm and a sense of humor when your day doesn't go as planned, which is almost every day.
You are detail oriented and enjoy making sure the spa looks and feels welcoming for guests and service providers alike
You are punctual and reliable, the entire team depends on the Guest Service Associates to work as scheduled.
You are looking for a position with lots of interaction with people via phone, e-mail, text, and in-person.
You recognize that while our goal is to create a relaxing environment, we are working with many guests experiencing high levels of stress and pain, which requires navigating challenging interactions calmly.
You are seeking a long-term career fit with growth potential in an administative role. (This is not a good position for someone looking to transition to a service provider role or someone looking for a shorter term position)
